Elliott Levine is Married to Vanessa Maria and has three children. He Attends Allegheny Center Alliance Church on the North side of Pittsburgh. Elliott has a strong faith in Christ and tries to put him first in everything he does.

Elliott Levine attended Albert Galatin High School where he graduated in 1988. He then attended Greensburg institute of technology and received a building construction certificate.

Soon thereafter, he began plastering in 1990. After gaining many years of experience , He decided to incept his own business in the year of 2002. Elliott offers various types of finishes including a basic smooth plaster finish, skip trowel texture, and numerous swirl patterns. He also offers rosette center pieces and some ornamental plastering. In addition, he offers some stucco finishes and also does drywall.

Levine plastering has been a member of the Westmoreland County Builders Association since 2002 and does work with various builders in the association.
